The 5 Steps of a Speedy Repair Process
To start, you'll need to schedule an appointment with us. We make this easy with our online scheduling system. Simply give us a little information about yourself and your vehicle, as well as what repairs it needs, and you'll be able to choose a day and time that work with your schedule. In addition, you can give us a call and schedule things that way. In either case, we recommend making sure you leave time for an in-person damage estimate when you make your appointment. Depending on how this estimate goes, you may be able to leave your vehicle with us, or you may be given the option to come back at a later date. In any case, we can get you set up with a rental vehicle.
Our repair experts will assess the damage on your vehicle during your appointment and give you an estimate. They'll take photographs and write descriptions of damage caused by the accident or weather, as well as any previous damage. We know that some places attempt to trap you into getting repairs with them by charging you for an estimate, but we're different at Ourisman Collision Centers. We believe in a fair process, and we also know that we're the best around when it comes to collision repair work. For this reason, we provide free estimates. We'll let you know the damage and the estimated cost for repair and won't do anything.
If you decide to move ahead with repairs from us, we will contact your insurance company and work out any issues that may come up. If any issues appear during the work we perform, we'll keep them up to date. And if you bring your vehicle in for repairs at a later date rather than leaving it with us, we will send you a reminder a few days before your drop-off date.
When you do drop your vehicle off with us, we'll either call, text, or email you to send you regular updates. If anything comes up that may cause an unexpected delay, we'll alert you, your insurance company, and the rental company.
We'll let you know when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Not only will we have mended the damage, but we will also wash, vacuum, and clean your vehicle to make sure that it looks even better than it did before the accident.
