Q: Do I have to use the auto repair center recommended by my insurance company?
No. Although your insurance company may recommend that you go to another shop, you have the legal right to choose any auto repair shop.

If your vehicle has been totaled, it means that the insurance company has decided that the repairs needed to restore your vehicle would cost more than the value of the vehicle itself.
Q: Who do I pay my deductible to?
You will pay your deductible to Ourisman Collision Center when we have completed repairs on your vehicle.
